The time needed to prepare an order varies because of the nature of customization and many orders being made by hand. For specific details please see individual items. However, as a general standard most orders are completed within 1-2 business weeks, and standard shipping is usually 2-8 business days. 

We offer FREE standard shipping with all domestic orders over $35 before taxes. 

For all orders under $35, a standard shipping charge will apply. 

Standard shipping will be fulfilled through USPS or UPS and usually takes 2-8 business days. 

A pickup option is available for all DFW locals. 

We do not provide a multi-order discount. Many pieces are made by hand and are considered art. Multi means more work, not less. Thank you for your consideration.

We gladly accept cancellations when the request to cancel is within 2 hours of purchase.

We do not accept returns or exchanges, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
